What happened
The Committee of Privileges of the Delhi Assembly submitted a report recommending the House take “proper action” against AAP chief and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and others in relation to inauguration of a “fake” phansi ghar in the Assembly premises. The report names Arvind Kejriwal, Ram Niwas Goel, Manish Sisodia, and Rakhi Birla. The report cites their wilful absence from Committee sittings scheduled for November 13, 2025 and November 20, 2025 without just cause or permission of the Committee.
