BJP MP Jagadish Shettar has indicated that he would support the imposition of President's Rule in Karnataka if the ongoing power-sharing confusion within the Congress party is not addressed within three days. He expressed concern over the lack of governance, stating that the current administration resembles a 'cadaver' and that development initiatives are stalled. Shettar highlighted that various projects, including railway lines and waste management centers, are delayed due to the government's inaction. He also refuted claims that the central government is responsible for delays in agricultural procurement, asserting that the state must utilize its funds for these initiatives. Shettar emphasized that the BJP will not engage in any 'Operation Congress' to seize power if the government collapses.
