In Kyiv’s Dnipro district, parts of a drone damaged a multi-storey building and a fire broke out, and running water and electricity were disrupted in parts of the capital. In Lviv, Russia struck critical infrastructure with an unidentified ballistic missile, and Ukraine’s Air Force Western Command said the missile travelled at 13,000 kilometres per hour while the specific type was being investigated.
