The nuns, Bernadette, Regina, and Rita, were moved to a care home against their will, according to their claims. Recently, they documented their lives on social media, gaining public support. Church officials offered them a chance to stay at the convent under strict conditions, including ceasing all social media activities and dismissing their legal representation. The nuns rejected this offer, stating it would limit their autonomy and public protection. They argue that the church's promise to allow them to stay is legally worthless and fear being forced back into a care home if their health declines.
