Naidu highlighted the importance of minimizing bureaucratic delays, stating that citizens should no longer wait days for essential certificates. The introduction of WhatsApp Governance and district-level RTG centers is intended to streamline public service delivery. Furthermore, the Chief Minister noted that recent incidents should prompt systemic improvements, and he underscored the state's growing reputation as a tech-savvy region, evidenced by Google's $15 billion investment in a data center. The ultimate goal is to achieve a 15% growth rate through effective governance and citizen-centric policies.
