U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright said Washington will control sales of Venezuelan oil indefinitely, including marketing stored oil and future production.

U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright said Washington will market crude coming out of Venezuela, starting with backed-up stored oil. Wright said the U.S. will then sell Venezuelan oil production into the marketplace indefinitely. President Donald Trump announced that Venezuela's interim leaders had agreed to U.S.-managed marketing of 30-50 million barrels of crude.
