The Supreme Court directed the CBI to investigate alleged irregularities related to DLF’s “The Primus DLF Garden City” project in Gurugram. The order was passed on February 25 by a bench comprising Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah and Justice R Mahadevan. The Court instructed the CBI to set up a dedicated team and to conduct an independent probe under the supervision of the CBI Director. It also directed all authorities to cooperate fully with the investigation. The case is captioned Swarnpreet Kaur & Anr. v. DLF Home Developers Ltd.
