Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1207 of 2 June 2026 suspends entry of poultry consignments from zones CA-2.337, CA-2.338 (Canada) and US-2.1380–US-2.1385 (United States) and re-authorises zones GB-2.467–GB-2.470 (United Kingdom); entered into force 4 June 2026.
Why it matters
The amended Annexes add specific 10 km restricted zones in Saskatchewan and Alberta (Canada) and defined 10 km circular zones in specified US counties (Minnesota and Indiana) to the suspended list, creating a legal obligation for Member State authorities to prohibit entry of poultry, germinal products, and fresh poultry meat from those coordinates.
