India's Department of Commerce revised RoDTEP Appendix 4R and 4RE schedules for 194 tariff lines, with Customs Automated System implementation from May 1, 2026.
Why it matters
RoDTEP claim processing now depends on revised Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE mappings. The notification adds 142 new tariff lines, deletes 50 and modifies 2. Exporters using old mappings after May 1 risk filing claims against deleted or modified entries.
