It seeks to position Karnataka as a global hub for a skilled workforce, adapting to the demands of a post-pandemic economy. Key features include increasing women's enrollment in ITIs to 33%, doubling district-level skilling capacity, and enhancing global placement through the International Migration Centre–Karnataka.
