The Indian Institute of Creative Technologies (IICT) has entered into a partnership with YouTube to launch the 'Create with AI' program. This initiative aims to enhance skills in the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) and Extended Reality (XR) sectors. The MoU was signed during the YouTube Impact Summit in New Delhi. The collaboration will focus on three main areas: skilling and knowledge exchange, building an AI-enabled creator ecosystem, and expanding access to creative learning through digital platforms. YouTube will assist IICT in organizing webinars and expert-led workshops to strengthen industry-academia connections. The program also includes funding for projects that utilize artificial intelligence and aims to make educational content accessible to a wider audience through IICT's YouTube channel. This partnership is expected to bolster India's position in the global creative economy.
