The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) has announced plans to challenge the Supreme Court's decision regarding alimony payments to ex-wives and the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) implemented in Uttarakhand. The board argues that the ruling and the UCC are not in line with Islamic law and intends to seek legal recourse to address these issues.
