On 2 June 2026, Australia designated Ben Zion Gopstein, Eden Levi, Moshe Sharvit, and four associated farm entities (Moshe's Farm, Metiram Farm, Neria's Farm, Zvi's Farm) under the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, imposing an asset freeze on all designated parties and a travel ban on the three individuals.
Why it matters
The asset freeze applies to any person holding a controlled asset owned or controlled by the designated parties — use, dealing, or facilitation without ministerial authorisation constitutes an offence. Making assets available directly or indirectly to any designated party without authorisation is also an offence. The travel ban prevents the three designated individuals from entering or remaining in Australia. Persons with exposure to these parties must check DFAT's Consolidated List for full aliases and apply for a ministerial permit if any existing dealings need to continue.
