EU added 12 substances to the list of unacceptable co-formulants in plant protection products and adjuvants.
Why it matters
The Regulation forces Member States to review affected product and adjuvant authorisations and remove products containing the listed co-formulants from authorised use. The deadline creates a reformulation, authorisation and stock-clearance window for plant protection product and adjuvant supply chains.
